AUGUS 12, 2010 Announcement

Thank you for those who contributed their insights on Social Accountability.

Soccomp S13 & S14 will not have class meetings today Aug. 12, 2010.

Please read on communities of practice. What is a COP? How does it work? Where is it applied? Is it possible to create a COP among empowered members in a SNS? If yes, how do you go about it? Is the use of technology necessary to employ COP?

Be ready for some discussions next week.

Once again, maraming salamat.
